Take these easy steps to get the most out of your health coverage, right from the get-go.
Choose a doctor
Your personal physician helps guide your total health care program. That's why it's a good idea to select a doctor right from the start. Use the online Provider and Facility Directory to find a doctor who's a good match for you. Then call Customer Service to tell us your choice or, after you register for MyGroupHealth, select the link on your doctor's page in the directory.
Transfer your prescriptions
Transfer all your prescriptions to our pharmacy system so you can order refills online, by phone, or using our mobile app — and get free delivery right to your doorstep. Just fill out and mail the transfer prescription form to our pharmacy services or complete the form online after you register for MyGroupHealth.
Register for MyGroupHealth for Members
Sign up for MyGroupHealth and get 24/7 access to personal online services. Once you complete the one-time verification process, you can check your health coverage, review claims, and more — from home, your office, or on the road. When you receive care at Group Health Medical Centers, you can schedule appointments, e-mail your doctor, view lab results, and check your online medical record.
Complete your Health Profile
Log in to MyGroupHealth and complete your online health assessment. Afterwards, you'll receive a personal Health Profile report with suggestions on how to improve your health and lower your risks for certain conditions.
