Rate Increases

As part of the Affordable Care Act, Group Health Cooperative and Group Health Options, Inc must now provide easy-to understand information to small group and individual plan members if the rate increases for their products are reviewed and deemed unreasonable by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
