New Services Enhance Your In-Clinic Experience
Keep your eye out for some improvements that will help simplify and streamline your experience as our patient and our guest at Group Health Medical Centers locations.
Patients have a new way to check in for appointments. Automated "Self Check-in" kiosks will be available in close proximity to check-in desks. You can use these kiosks to check in for most scheduled appointments, pay your copayment or outstanding balances, review your insurance information, select from five languages, print a clinic map to help you locate your waiting area, print select forms, and update your personal information.

We're consolidating check-in desks at our clinics. The change will be most noticeable at our larger locations where many check-in desks were scattered throughout the facilities. Check-in desks will now be located in a centralized spot within each of our clinics and will still be staffed by patient representative who are happy to help you or answer your questions.
When our patients talk, we listen. These changes are a direct result of patient feedback and our ongoing efforts to provide you with an excellent clinical experience.
